Kobe french cuisine

Saw this shop on the net .during my trip to Kobe I rushed to have a christmas diner with a special friend at Bistrot cafe de Paris . With Christmas lighting all the way long of Kitanozaka avenue and of course , the well decorated Bistrot with Christmas tree and songs played the whole evening . The ambiance made us feel in Paris with out the Eiffel Tower . We ordered two glasses of champagne to start with and their affordable Christmas diner ( the A course ) which includes amuse bouche , hors d œuvre à la française , the cauliflower potage ,bread and butter and then came The Red Sea bream poele with champagne sauce . Not only we enjoy the champagne on the glass but they offer us a second chance to taste it in the amazing sauce made by their creative chefs .every thing was impeccable as we expected it to be ,getting half full as the bottle of red wine we ordered gets half empty the chateau Lafont fourcat rouge made our evening . Both of us were in the mood getting ready for the next meat dish . Soon there after we have been served the deliciously well cooked burgundy beef stew . The sauce remind me of my last private diner at saint Germain des pres two years ago at l entrecôte (a very popular restaurant ) A good ambiance , an attentive service although the shop got packed but every thing seemed under control , les garçons , talk to you , serve you and joke with you occasionally to make you feel at ease , comfortable and at home far from home . What a delight ! Relaxing in this authentic Parisian Bistrot and wondering how luckily we are to be in the right place on this special occasion . To end up the delicious meal here comes the surprising chrismas cake as santa .we made sure to take a picture before tasting. it was a piece of art to the eyes of any foodies on earth . Vive la cuisine francaise , Bistrot style is what we like the most not very expensive not cheap . Good value for money and delicious . A real espresso and got ready to leave before closing . A great experience and bravo to the hard working team who make this place my favorite bistro now and then . Merry Christmas to all
